Course Summary
Join the Sustainability Leaders and Innovators, a 3-month transformative program that immerses participants in innovation, leadership, and sustainability. It offers the opportunity to become founders within Emeis Global, equipping individuals with future-proof skills through real-world projects, collaborative teamwork, and mastery of Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies. This program comprises six modules, covering topics such as Innovation, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Leadership, Personal Development, Basic Business Planning and Strategy, and Agile Project Management. Participants will receive four individual executive coaching sessions and connect with a like-minded community, all while shaping the future of global education and learning as they work on purposeful projects.

Barbora is a seasoned business leader with 20 years of experience, specializing in strategic planning, change management, and sustainability across global industries. As the Founder and Global Director of Emeis Global, an impact-driven innovation hub, Barbora spearheads Emeis2Learn, an initiative fostering future-proofed capabilities in leadership and digital transformation. Within Emeis2Learn, there is an additional focus on providing support through crucibles, identifying life-traps, and helping create healthier coping mechanisms to thrive in life, regardless of external circumstances.
